Player Confidence - Leads to Better Results in the Game.
Jamaal Haywood ~ CEO/Founder
My name is Jamaal Haywood and I am the CEO/Lead basketball trainer for 9450 basketball training. I have a total of 5 years of experience as a basketball trainer. I started this company back in January of 2015. The meaning of the name 9450 is the size of an NBA court which is 94 feet long and 50 feet wide. Every basketball players goal is to make it to the highest level of playing which the NBA happens to be. I started playing basketball at the age of 7 and have gained experience in high school, college and professional level.
With that experience, it has helped me grow from a beginner trainer to a very successful and knowledgeable trainer. My main goal as a trainer is to create uncomfortable situations for my clients. I believe you should give a lot of attention to basketball players strengths but a lot more attention should be given to there weaknesses. This will allow the players confidence to grow which will lead to better results in the game.

“I got the pleasure to meet Jamal through one of my teammates (Brene Moseley) and immediately I felt like he was going to elevate my game. His calm demeanor made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and I instantly trusted him. I remember the first day, usually when trainers get new clients they try to ease them in to their ideas and aspects of the game. NO! We got after it! The drills pushed me to my limits and it was just day one. He did not care how tired I was he kept that same calm demeanor, and our relationship took off from there. We have spent many hours around the area, from Baltimore to college park creating a better game for me! -Lynetta Kizer
